ITR-1 for salary plus one house property and interest up to ₹50 lakh income. ITR-2 if you have capital gains, more than one property, or are an NRI. ITR-3 for business or F&O income. ITR-4 for presumptive income under 44AD or 44ADA. The plan finder above recommends the right one.
Filing is mandatory if gross total income exceeds the basic exemption limit (₹2.5 lakh under the old regime, ₹4 lakh under the new regime for FY 2025-26), or if you meet conditions like foreign travel over ₹2 lakh, electricity bills over ₹1 lakh, or TDS above ₹25,000. Filing is also the only way to claim a refund of TDS.
Prices are shown excluding GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and a GST invoice is issued for every order.
Every return is reviewed by a qualified professional before filing. If a defect arises from our error, we file the rectification or revised return at no charge and handle the resulting 143(1) intimation.
